The hotel is beautiful, the staff is nice, and the service is good. The pool looks lovely, but we didn't use it in the winter. Breakfast was good, but many things good have been better (e.g., the tea corner was not great). We also had dinner there, which was great. The treats in the room were a nice gesture.

Our stay was lovely. The staff where all very accommodating to our needs and very professional. We asked for a breakfast box as we were leaving early on one of the mornings and it was lovely and full of food and options. The bar/wait staff went out of their way to learn our drink order and preferences. The hotel itself has had a recent upgrade with the rooms being nice and fresh and clean. While the many corridors and different lifts were a challenge at first we soon worked out what went where and made it a guessing game of where the lift was going to take us!

The staff were incredible. Upon check in we received a warm welcome and personalised welcome letters. The location was incredible but I would recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms as it could get a bit stuffy inside. The pool, gym and spa facilities were exceptional and the breakfast included was restaurant quality. The bar fridge was also free and replenished every dat. One day we left our do not disturb sign on accidently and received a call from head of house keeping to double check if we wanted our room cleaned. The staff were the most professional and nice people I have ever had in a hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Sorrento and accross the road from the beach, can't really get a better location in Sorrento. Shops, cafes and resturants all at your door step. The Hotel has such a great vibe! The rooms are as described and i would recommend this place to anyone with no hesitation.

Beau was the most fantastic member of staff I’ve encountered in a long time. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & really went the extra mile. If it wasn’t for Beau accomodating us and changing our room we likely wouldn’t have stayed at the hotel for the weekend. Location was 10/10.

Very nice hotel, great pool and the room was well appointed! However, the so called 'ocean view' was a peep over the swimming pool roof - they should equip you with a telescope or binoculars! don't be fooled! The other issue was sound peoofing - we got a good performance from the room above us which obviously was very exciting!

Enjoyed the property a lot, great restaurants easy to access, walking distance to all areas, staff were very friendly, room was very clean and kept well :)
